Ages: 8 and older with at least one year of baseball experience.

What time of the year does this program run?

Dates: Winter workouts typically commence in the second week of January and last for a duration of 10 weeks. The spring season begins on April 1st while the summer season starts after the conclusion of the high school baseball season.

Where are practices for the Winter typically held?

Location: Practices for the winter will be conducted at 23A Walker Way, Albany, NY 12205.

When are practices and how often are they?

Practices: Teams practice 2 times per week.

How many games will they play? What days of the week?

Games: Teams will participate in 10to 40 games throughout the season, depending on their age group and tournament involvement, with games typically scheduled on weekends occasionally during the week.
