Fall 2025 Registration

Disclaimer: All Registrations Are Final Please be advised that all registrations for this event/activity are final and non-refundable. Once you have completed your registration, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Travel Baseball Refund Policy 1. Non-Refundable Deposit A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a player’s roster spot. This deposit is applied toward the total season fee but will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal prior to the season. 2. Definition – “Start of the Season” For the purposes of this policy, the start of the season is defined as the earlier of: The date of the first official team practice, or The date of the first scheduled game or tournament. 3. Refund Eligibility Before the Start of the Season: Refunds will be granted for fees paid minus the $100 deposit. Refund requests must be made in writing to the team/organization. After the Start of the Season: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to injury, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or changes in player availability. 4. Special Circumstances In rare cases of season cancellation initiated by the organization (e.g., due to facility closure, league dissolution), partial refunds or credits toward future seasons may be considered at the organization’s discretion. 5. Acknowledgment By submitting payment and registering a player, families acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
